1. Right to Equality

Our indian constitution gives right to every citizen of India of equality . Every people in India from president to a normal people have same laws No any person have any special treatment if he is a important person . The government has no right to discriminate any citizen against religion , caste and any things . 2. Right to Freedom

Right to freedom means we have right to do anything provided by constitution but legally right to gives us some rights as mentioned below :
• Freedom of speech and expression
• Move freely in whole country
• Live in any part of our country
• Right to do any profession or occupation and run any business across the country
You have to remember this every citizen have all right to thess freedom but if your freedom do not injures public property any person and no one else .

Freedom of speech and expression
It is one of the necessary feature of our democracy or any democratic country . Freedom of speech develop ideas and your are free to communicate with any one means in a class there are 100 students and they think in one way but want to think in different ways its your right to think in different ways and speak but legally if your freedom of speech spread hates or any illegal things then you have no right to speak freely

Every citizen of india or any democratic country have freedom to hold meetings rallies they want to hol meetings to discuss on any major decision taken by government i, e good or not for people of india

Freedom to travel in any part of our country
Every citizen have this right to travel in any part of our country but by follows some instructions so make sure that you have not violating any government rules .

3. Freedom against Exploitation

Once your rights , right to liberty and right to equality is granted then every citizen of this country has no right to exploited . Our constitution makers write some clear provision to prevent Exploitation of the society which is lower or smaller you don't have right to exploit them . In our constitution there are some rules that makes us illegal so use your fundamental rights in legal ways not in ways that get you in jail.

Child labour is one of the worst problem in our country, you have seen at many places children are at work but this is illegal and strict action can be taken against them . You have not right to do work by children you can't give them work in any factory mine or any dangerous places as like railway and ports .

Minimum age of a child to do any work in factory mone or anywhere legally is 18+ if they are 18+ then can work and earn to feed their family but in our country many children below 18 are on work due to economical condition , it ks not only the problem of children or any manager it is also the problem of government.

Right to Freedom of Religion

In this right , right to freedom includes all the freedom related right such as Freedom in religion , freedom in business , freedom in doing in work and many other but between the country and done any thing else legally , otherwise you have to face many problems . As we know our country is a secular country, many countries have only one religion , many government follow one religion and many people do not follow any religion they are free from religion.

Every religion has right to do any religious ocassion in their way , every religious group has right to solve their religion problem government can't do anything if they done legally . Any other people from other religions can't force any one to convert their religion if any one do this then you have right to speak in this matter and you can contact police if you need help

The government has no right to force any people to lay taxes for the promotion or maintenance of any specific religion and in any religious educational institution government has no right to make religious instruction they are free to educate in their own language and way but if they educate illegally as like jihadis isis and talibani the government has right to take strict action against him .

Cultural and Educational Rights

In democratic country democracy gives power to majority but government has also right to give special protection to minority against majority in some matter . The government can't force any person to speak in that language given by government, every citizen have right to speak in their own language let is know some more rights related to cultural and Educational Rights .
• If the citizen of india have their own language they have to conserve it , if government give pressure to change their language they have to tale action against government of they have majority
• Every citizen has right to take admission in any institution or any schools or colleges provided by government
• Every minority have right to establish education institution as their choice , minority does not mean at the religion or any small group in many places people speak their own language they have majority then can speak government can't interfare between them but legally

For example in india Andhra Pradesh has majority of people who speak telgu language but they are minority in many other states , sikh has majority in punjab they speak punjabi but they have minority in many other states . Understanding in simple ways if any groups has majority government can't force them to do any thing in any religious , educational and other point of view  , minority has also their own rights

Right to constitutional Remedies

If we have all rights provided by our Indian constitution then we have to think about how to secure these rights it is also a fundamental rights to secure our all rights . Sometimes our right violating some rules or private or government property this is illegal you cannot have  any illegal right , if government do anything in illegal way then you have right to seek a remedy in supreme court against government or high court of your own states . This right is heart and soul of our indian constitution said by b r Ambedkar.

In constitution there no law to violate the fundamental rights if anyone do this then we can challenge such laws in front kf state and central government by doing rallies and many other way uses in this times . You have right to do every thing given indin constitution but without harming any citizen or any private or government property if you harm any public property then you have face problems from government like UP Government they send you a notice of selling your land without asking you if you harm any government rules or property
