Candidates who have been selected by BCECE Board Patna, for admission in this
Institute in B. Tech course in the session 2020-21, are hereby directed to follow the instructions
mentioned below:
(A) Documents to be produced in ORIGINAL by the Candidate at the time of Admission:
1. Allotment letter issued by BCECE Board Patna
2. Admit Card of BCECE Board 2025 exam, (if exam held) exam. 3. Matriculation passing Certificate and mark sheet & Admit Card of matric
4. 1.Sc. passing certificate and mark sheet & Admit Card of 1.Sc.
5. Diploma/Polytechnic passing certificate and mark sheet. 6. Original Admit Card of JEE (Mains)-2025.
7. CLC/TC issued by the College/School last attended.
8. Character Certificate issued by the School/College last attended.
9. ORIGINAL Migration Certificate.
10. Caste Certificate..
11. EWS certificate from UR candidates (If required).
Candidates who have been allotted seat against EWS category are directed to bring
the original documents on the basis of which they have been allotted seat under EWS
category..
12. Residential Certificate.
13. Income Certificate for E Back ward candidates..
(Note: Caste, Residential and Income Certificate should be issued by the
competent authority not less than Rank of CO)
14. Disability certificate issued by Civil Surgeon (For DQ candidate). 15. Discharge and other certificate for SMQ Candidates.
16. Medical fitness certificate on prescribed format, issued by Asst. Civil Surgeon

17. Candidate should submit Affidavit by Notary Magistrate for No involvement in
ragging act in any stage during his/her stay in the Institute.
18. Parents of Candidate should submit Affidavit by Notary Magistrate supporting the
affidavit given by the candidate.

19. Original Aadhar Card & Photo Copy of Aadhar Card for Id proof. 20. ORIGINAL Rank/Score Card (JEE Mains-2025) and JEE NTA Score Card/BCECE

21. ONLINE APPLICATION FORM-Part A & Part B. (issued by BCECE)
22. Choices filled by the candidates (choice slip copy)..
23. Candidates are required to bring 3set of photocopies of all the original
documents/photo Id mentioned above duly self attested by the candidate.
24. Candidates are required to bring JAANCH PARCHI filled in 2 copies. (format of jaanch parchi can be downloaded from the website of BCECE).

06 passport size Color photograph. (The photograph preferably should be same as given in their Admission form/JEE Mains 2025 form)
26. Hostel Accomodation -
(i) For Boys Hostel accommodation is available inside the campus. Only those candidates are allowed to reside outside the campus whose parents are locally residing. (ii) For Girls Hostel accommodation is available inside the campus subject to availability of seat.

Bihar UGEAC Application and admission process
• first of all you have to attempt jee main or bcece examination conducted by bcece board
• After Exams you have to register for bcece application form provided by bcece board
• when registration are filled then your rank card are issued then you can check your rank and predict college by previous year cutt off
• After rank card are issued you have to do choice filling and locking process
• After choice filling college are alloted to students and admission process are started
